Shipping and Returns

We ship by the best method to get to you in the fastest time via Australia Post and or selected couriers. We do not ship to PO Boxes unless organized in advance.

Please be aware that the majority of our products are custom made to order and are simply not able to be exchanged if you change your mind.

Please Note: If the item you received is defective and was clearly damaged in transit and you would like to have it replaced, see Transit Damage: Below 

We can only accept returns for purchases made through There are many companies that sell our products. You must return your purchase directly to the company you purchased from. 

Transit Damage: does not assume responsibility for items damaged in transit, we recommend you take out extra cover to insure your item for transport damage. This cannot be done through our normal checkout cart and you must call and arrange payment and postage via Phone or Email. 

If your item is damaged you need to contact the company that was responsible for your delivery ie Australia Post/ Courier. We cannot do this for you. (Yes. We have tried before and they will not talk to us, only the recipient)

The item to be returned must be acknowledged by in writing prior to return item being dispatched. 

Please include the following information with your return: 

 Order number or copy of your electronic receipt. 

  Date of purchase.

  Your name and phone number.

 Your email address.

 The REASON for your return.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

Please allow up to two weeks for your credit to be issued.
